20 hour package:
The most comprehensive and effective option for many students!
- 20 hours of one-to-one tutoring with an encouraging, intelligent, dedicated tutor.
- Tutoring performed at a location chosen by the student. Usually this is at their home, sometimes it is at their school or a public library.
- Customized syllabus that allows for extra attention to a student's weaknesses, and capitalizes on his or her strengths.
- Math, critical reading and writing skills are all reviewed and developed.
- Testing skills are essential to success on the SAT. Strategy lessons include understanding how many questions to answer and why, how to use level of difficulty to advantage, and how to analyze answer choices. We teach students the differences between the SAT and school exams so that they can adapt to succeeding on the SAT.
- 3 practice SAT exams are assigned to chart progress. We only use SATs written by E.T.S., the same authors used by The College Board when it administers an official SAT.
- Guaranteed overall score increase. Details are on the registration contract.
PRICE: $995 for the 2010-2011 school year. Payment is due in two parts.
